How do I earn loyalty points?
Members can earn Loyalty points easily by staying at or making a purchase at any of the participating properties. All you need is to sign up for free and points are automatically awarded to your account.

A member will earn 100 points for every 1,000 Kenya shillings spent.

Can I earn points on other parts of my hotel bill?
Yes, a member will earn points on specified services accommodation, Restaurant, Bar, etc

How will I know how many points I have bee awarded?
Members can easily log into their account using their smartphone or computer by clicking https://zawadi.superiorhomes.co.ke/

For how long are my points valid?
Loyalty points are only valid for 12Months. Your points will expire 12months from the date you earn them.

Will I be able to get a statement of the Loyalty Points Transactions?
YES. A client will be able to see the statement of their transaction on the web page

What is the SHK Zawadi program?
The SHK Zawadi Program is a points-based loyalty program whereby you earn points as a member whenever you make a purchase at either Sundowner Hotel, Pazuri at Vipingo Residencies, and Lake Elementaita Mountain Lodge. SHK Zawadi Rewards you as a member for being a valued, frequent or new guest at any of our hotel offerings.

How do I join the SHK Zawadi Program?
To join SHK Zawadi, simply go to zawadi.superiorhomes.co.ke and click sign up. The web app will prompt you to input details such as your Name, Email, Phone Number, Password, Gender and Birthday. Once you input these, click on the signup button and the system will automatically create an account for you. Or, visit any of properties and our front office team will sign you up.

Will I get a Loyalty Card when I join SHK Zawadi?
All members will get a unique loyalty card delivered to them 3 days after they sign up. The card will be free of charge and you can use the card to earn and redeem points.

Anyone can join SHK Zawadi. It is a loyalty program that is open to all

What is an eligible stay or purchase?
An eligible stay is a room, event, conference booked directly. - An eligible purchase is a meal or service procured directly at either Lake Elementaita Mountain Lodge, Pazuri at Vipingo or the Sundowner Hotel. - Accommodation booked through Travel agents bookings will not be eligible for points. - In situations where a special offer is running a Member will still earn points on accommodation. - Corporates will be entitled to earn points.

What can I get for my points?
We are pleased to offer our members a wide variety of items to redeem with their loyalty points, including free nights at any of our Hotels, redeeming of restaurants bills, and more. We will be constantly adding new things to our redemption rewards menu.

How do I redeem my points for awards?
A member can easily redeem his/her points by logging into his/her profile at zawadi.superiorhomes.co.ke and click on the redeem icon or by visiting any of our hotels and scanning your card at the counter to redeem points against their bill.

Can I redeem my Zawadi Loyalty points for cash?
SHK Zawadi Loyalty points has no cash value.

What if I have points but not enough to redeem a gift? Can I use my points and pay the rest in cash?
Yes, you can pay a part of your bill with your loyalty points.

Are points or benefits transferrable?
No. Points are not transferrable.

I signed up for the SHK Zawadi Loyalty Program after I stayed. Can I still receive points for my stay?
Yes, Zawadi points will be awarded to guests who join the program within a month of signing up for the program after they check out of the hotel, they will require to provide a backup bill /invoice for the stay. The points for this stay will be backdated.

Will the admin team have access to my points?
Our admin team will be able to see points balance, points awarded in the last 30 days and points redeemed in the last 30 days through the Backend Guest Portal.

How do I check my points balance?
The SHK Zawadi Loyalty members can check their points balance any time by logging in to their account and access their profile, which will automatically display their points.

I didn’t receive the points for my last expenditure. What should I do?
If you do not see appropriate points awarded to your account within seven business days, please contact us at zawadi@superiorhomes.co.ke or call us on 0768730407 and we will follow up on the same.
